At Duwies, we begin processing your order quickly so that your favourite styles reach you as soon as possible. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at the earliest.

Cancellation Time Period

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is processed for dispatch.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved:

For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no payment refund is applicable as payment has not been collected.
